The item contains the words; egg, meta, taming. Houses near worthless unless 18x18. People refuse to pay 600k for 16x18 but will pay 1 mil for 18x18. Lol someone's opinion when this economy will level out? Also who knows wats rare NE more..

Problem is oversupply of pixels. Dono vendor never got a wipe, there's +-300 items there. Pretty much a joke on everyone after they 'dono vendor will be wiped and we will start fresh'.

Who wants a satyr statue for 2mil when you can get a 10x10 torture dungeon for 700k worth of dono?

There's only a couple of collectors left, the others threw up their hands and quit.

The eggs will be common. The relics will be common. People are overpaying now because it's new stuff.

Maybe the economy will level out after people have bought their fill of gold sinks. Rares will likely never recover, because of what is available on the dono store (as well as smart money staying away from them since they have been fucked over so many times now).

Housing will recover, everything is being driven down in price because all the gold is going to metas/relics/taming ps.

I inquired about this multiple times, the 'wipe' is not going to happen. What is going to happen is 10-15 items will be removed each vendor update. So basically nothing is going to happen and the multiple 'wipe' announcements were just a trick to get people to spend their donos. I fell for it, of course :)

Which really sucks because wiping the vendor and managing the items on it in a sensible way would absolutely help the market. But nah, instead we got some one of a kind event rewards put on there for 700k worth of dono.

Nothing on this server is 'rare', except temporarily. Realizing that is a wonderful feeling for those of us who spent millions upon millions collecting 'rares'.

Remember the "uber rares"? SLOWLY and SURELY they will start appearing in some way, shape or form on the dono vendor. Called it months ago. Fuck that!

It's not just rare deco, it's everything. Cloth, pets, etc. - it's not accidental.

White kasa was a $5k reward, now it's a $3k reward.

I think they need to work on following through with update posts they make and not just doing half of the whats to come and forgetting the other half. There seems to be a fair amount of frustration with anyone I talk to about the same subject, Id rather they spend 2 months and actually get done everyone they posted on a whats to come threads rather then do half of what was going to come then make a whole new post with a whole pile of other great ideas that never come to happen. I now feel that anytime im told something coming to the game or this or that is going to happen I pretty much take what is said with a grain of salt because theres so many things in the post that odds are they wont have time for it.

At the end of the day its without a question the best server out there and its nice to make posts like that and get everyone excited but I think it does more harm then good when the things talked about never come.

I think prices are just adjusted to certain areas due to new "toys' being added. See eggs, relics, etc. Once they are more common place the market should swing back around

UOF is fucking fun as hell, populated, and has a STEADY stream of good ideas that DO get implemented.

We have one developer who is working his ass off on these ideas. Everything @Adam has done has been top notch IMO. Shane is kicking ass keeping the server flush with new people, and keeping out the trash.

UOF is great. Just because it's not perfect doesn't mean we can't have a reasonable discussion, and hope that people listen and consider what we say.

Edit: also I agree with noobs. It's frustrating to see all these great ideas and timeframe a promised, only to be predictably pushed back.

Yep. Not to mention increased gold from new dungeon and meta pets getting leveled up.

Completely agree. The staff have a pretty thick skin when it comes to most things some of us say out of frustration which I thank them for. :) They could easily just say "stfu", here's a temp ban hehehe.

I don't have any complaints, but then again I enjoy the PVM aspect of the shard, which is huge compared to pvp. I do want to acknowledge Adam for all the work he did and is doing., as well as the others, Carl, Shane, etc.

To everyone who reads this thread, the economy is fine. new toys were introduced so the "Selling/Buying" forums are dominated by meta pets and their associated items. Once the fad has died down, it will go back to normal.

Over 63 items were removed during the donation change for halloween stuff. That was over 70% of items that were on the vendor previously. Most everything that is on the vendor now are more recent stuff.

You aren't wrong.

This is why we need everyone to patch up to latest client and why we have developed an auto patcher. This instantly gives us hundreds of new rares and items, with the added ability to create our own.

We realized this was happening already and have already been working on changes to fix this. Hope that helps guys.

IMO more rares is not the solution, there are too many pixels in the market already. Adding new is great, as long as the old are no longer freely available.
