Demon bone helm is the rarest piece... I would say any other part of the set would only be worth maybe 10-15k.

I don't see why other pieces would go for less than 30-40k, so a helmet should probably go for double that.

These guesstimates are not based on other prices I've seen, but rather the fact that daemon bone drops wicked infrequently. Helmet is rarest.

I got 40k just for legs on my vendor. TBH I wouldn't sell my helm for less than 200
