200k would be fair, but I doubt there's any buyers. You may be able to sell for 100-150k. sBODs were probably worth more. Sorry.

What do you mean by the sbods are probably worth more?

its possible that the rewards from the sBODs are worth more than the ASH you just got.

I'd buy one just for collecting purposes if I had the money. Put it on a vendor, it'll sell

I have the sBOD for it not the actual ash. But the sBOD IS on my vendors for sale.
