Yup. That seems to be the going rate for a solid plot. And I am pretty sure this one has no spawn around it unlike the rest of the desert right ? Prolly get a mill max, maybe a tad more if someone really likes desert houses. Or maybe a tad less if only people buying like green.

But somewhere in the mill vicinity ;-)

1.3 BO seems pretty reasonable if the plot has no spawn around it.
