There is a recall rune for "Aris house outside hyth" on the floor inside. Other than that and the location, there is nothing identifiable about this house.

If anyone knows the owner and can put me in touch with them, I'll pay a 20k bounty.

For clarification, the house of which I'm looking for the owner is the dirt floor one with the bags and runebooks on the floor.

Well, after many days of waiting, and every day and night parking one of my characters in front of his house, this guy has logged on and refreshed.

He changed his sign name to "Not for Sale"

I wanted to buy it, but failing that wanted to offer to pay him to re-size it to a different but equal-area and still max-storage footprint.

I appreciate the courtesy of telling me it's not for sale, but now I know I'm stuck with sub-max storage forever if I want to keep my front yard.
