Out Of Memory..?

I tried logging in today and I get an error message saying:

"Out of memory... There is not enough memory to continue execution.... etc"

I have the resource monitor open and it says I have 12 gigs free... Anyone have a solution?

Running windows 10 on I5 with 16 GB ram

I can vouch that this simply doesn't work on Windows 7. Tried it to a T on three different Win7 machines and no dice. The only solution is to close out of all of my clients and re-open.

it worked on mine. win7 and then win10.
