Order/Chaos shields ??

how does one get an Order or Chaos shield nowadays? or is that not a thing on UOF?

I have a sweet parry meta dexxer but i can't stand playing him because standard shields just look awful

I made an Order guild but I don't know how to get the shield, didn't you used to talk to Brit guards>??

I think it used to be like
Name order/chaos shield. (The guard his name)

it seems like that works, except I can't remember where to get an order shield from, I can find the chaos shield guys, but I get teleported out of bounds if I try to go into the castle in brit where I thought order guards used to be

They do exist, I have seen a handful of each on the server. Whether they used to be in the game for a short while and removed, or as an old stealable rare is beyond me
