It dropped from a mini invasion last night. Not sure which mob exactly but it was a lot of dragons of all types. As far as I can tell it’s just deco.

From my understanding, there is only "one" rare drop per mini invasion and each one is a one of a kind.... rumor or fact @eppy @Faytality @Swayze ?
