You caught me. I spent all day listening to you ***** that you didn't have a fair shot ,and to open it to an auction. To the point where I messaged @Salsa @eppy and @Karl Sagan and @Lord Hampton Royce thinking that you may have actually had a point. I then screwed Duck out of what I already told him was sold to him, just to "make it fair". And now, after I did what you told me to do, I'm the asshole trying to screw you?

Well as an outsider looking in I would say.
Duck is being a dick and had he just ran up the auction and kept his mouth shut although stupid and part of the problem with the selling forum lately. He would be fine.
As it is I do think forums suspension would be called for (along with irc) and Famara is justified in asking to have bidding started at the last bid not effected by duck.
So either duck had screwed both the buyer and seller or he was involved with seller and in trying to cheat but bragging about it has still screwed buyer and seller.

Absolutely nothing at that point. However when you bid it up and then tell the person you bid them up and that you had told the seller that you were going to do so.

its just pretty obvious duck had no intention on getting the item after everything he posted in irc. therefore im having a really hard time to honor a 9.5 mil bid that was ONLY that high, because of duckfaces fake bidding, and trying to raise price on item.
i still want the llama. hopefully we can figure something out here. that would be fair for both of us.

LOL. I have over 30 mil in my bank. Show me one time I bid on an item and didn't pay. You are all a bunch of idiots. I can bid on whatever item I want as I can afford to. Famara won the auction and did so fairly. He now has to pay what he bid. I didn't feel like bidding more than 9.5, get over it.

Go ahead and bid up whoever you want but when you run your mouth about it you can run the potential of this kind of mess. With all the crap lately in the selling forums I think some enforcement is needed so sorry if your the fall guy but this behavior is not acceptable and needs to be addressed.
As for cerebellum the best course is to restart the auction or offer Famara a buyout you can both agree on as he seems to be the only other really interested party.

Pretty sure I'm done here. The only mistake I made was falling for FAMARA's bullshit "YOU SHOULD HAVE AUCTIONED IT!!! IT'S NOT FAIR!!!" bullshit. I fell for it, stupid me. The result was an auction getting created. I don't care who bid who up, the final bid was 9.5 mil.
I'm done with this nonsense.
