npc speech

I'm getting this message "speech journal checks is not allowed on this server"
when I tried to read injornal from the npc speech


any help will be appreciated

Of course it has limitations but that is because UOF has server side restrictions so that the injournal function is only used in certain ways. I honestly don't remember if NPC speak will be caught with that or not though.
