Noxious Cloud

I got something called a noxious cloud off a champ spawn and when u lock it down and walk over it the thing puffs green smoke cloud. Does anyone know what this is worth?

Most champion artifacts have been going for about 250k. Plus or minus 50k-100k.

That should give you an average price range to look for it you're trying to sell it.

Nice. I haven't seen any of these up for sale. Pretty sure it's the most rare "artifact".
