No Trade Window

I have a UO Forever Account. It may be several months old. I can't remember when I created it. Anyway I have two characters on the account and when on either character I try to trade with someone, they see the trade window and I do not. When they try to trade with me the same thing happens, they see the trade window and I see nothing.

Not just nothing IN the trade window...but NO TRADE Window at all.

Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Make sure neither character is hiding, that can cause this problem.

same problem if I log into UOSteam,
with Sallos everything works fine...

1 - In the UOF launcher programme use the update manager tab to ensure you have all the relevant UOF updates and files installed - also if you use razor diable OSI encryption tab.
2 - if that fails - Delete all your UO files and uninstall then reinstall using the links of the UOF website
