Seems cheap IMO. I think @tankian just sold an 18x18 for 15m in no cut on the very outskirts, and Im not sure the storage was increased.

I paid 10 for mine which is half screen away and much bigger with no blockage.
I've always wanted that plot that salsa is selling, i didn't buy it because i got forum banned the day the previous owner put it up for sale and i couldn't contact him (he had no discord)
