At what taming and lore skill do i need to command a nightmare? i want one to take taming with me to kill my tames.

Mares take 95.1 to tame and bond naturally 
I think the best thing you could do would be to use scorpions. Low requirement and their poison will tear anything up that you are training on.
If you want more firepower move up to drakes and young dragons when you can.

drakes are like way above young dragons in taming i thought, no? i havent seen a young dragon in ages. its all dragons and drakes
