Whats the skills like on this thing? Has it been used and abused or does it still have some decent resist?

I edited and posted the skills. Maybe a newb question but can you raise a pet's resist just like a player's? Could I just trap it somewhere and get like five clients rolling mana vamp on it? I might do that if it increases the sale value.
