How did you test the hue to determine it is now Ultra White? It looks darker than PW possibly 1175 or some silver/white fashioned hue.

AFAIK shane set the hue himself and said Ultra white to replace a blaze wolf that never should have spawned

I can agree with a one of a kind color, but not ultra white. This isn't matching even close to anything else that is ultra white.
