Nope it seems this was removed as a lockdown from my house floor... Not sure what that is all about. I hear what rares were stolen once placed in the world were then removed after the fact. Not sure on this though..

Yes, Shane made a post about it. It's stickied.
It was an accidental reverse error in coding. easy rares were made ridiculously difficult/lengthy spawn timer, and vice versa for the hards. They were dime a dozens. Thus, all were deleted as they fixed the coding error.
