What this means is you are able to choose any mountain path, ground, area etc to choose where you would like to enter your cave house within reason.

This cave house comes with a stable master so you can stable, and
unstable pets from your cave house.

This Cave house comes with your own pool, hot tub, secret back area and more.

I found that place..... a week or two ago... it was cool. cant remember where it was though... it wasnt a flat plot though it was a house.

all i heard is it was someone who has been caught afk resource gathering in the past and for whatever reason wasn't banned.. dunno how true it is though
