What type of house are you looking for? For 60k about what you can get is the general 7x7 small house (48k) or workshop(61-63k). 75k you can get a small stone tower. And about 90k you can get a log cabin. Also, I've got a 9x14 I might be dropping soon if you would like the spot, neighbors are good people (Sold them their houses lol)

The 9x14 is listed for 275k, I can go lower on it, but it won't be near the 60k mark you gave. Like I stated though, I can drop it and get my gold back from placing it, and you can have the area to place anything you like (that would fit)
As far as availability, there are spots, most of the convenient or larger ones are taken though.
One thing to consider when looking at Classic Vs. Custom is the cost of building. Classics are pre-built and can't be modified. customs are the flat plots you see around, and cost 10k flat + 500g per tile to build. So, a 7x7 could end up costing you 150k by the time its all said and done.
