Need to update UO Forever to most current version (I use Razor)

Hello everyone:
I have an older version of UOF and I need to update everything to most current version so everything works right. what is the process for doing this?

close all instances of the game/windows.
open the launcher.
before playing the game, update. (tab on left side)
click it a few time to make sure everything updates.
play game.

Thank you.. I had to get the current version of the UOF Client in order to install updates. however I am still getting errors when I try to craft.
it is like all the option descriptions are blank
