Did you try resizing it to something smaller than 1200 x 800 like i suggested? like 900 x 700? to see if it's just that one size that won't work or any size.

Tried didn't work. I have no idea why. I know not to use it in fullscreen, it's set at 800x600. I just cannot figure this out :/ it's just stuck at 800x600 and I gotta deal with it I guess.

Have the same issue, tried everything. The easiest way I found out now is to lower screenresulotion in windows when playing uo and have the normal settings in uo/razor/steam and after i have played, change the windows screen reso back to where it was. Yepp its a change everytime you play but it goes pretty quick to do. Right click on windows desktop, change screen resolution, (if you are using windows) The game will go smooth this way and it looks like it should.
