Name Change?

I just happened to look at a guy I was macroing. And I misspelled his name. I didn't see any name change deeds on any of the vendors. Is there a deed? I asked a GM and got "we cant help you with this" message.

Maybe was a sex change here much like SP you have to live with your reputation be it bad or good . Once you are known in the community for something you deal with it.
