Both 3 skills, drop picking and tracking. Or sacrifice wrestling for tracking. You'll get killed so much otherwise, resist is superb skill, magery is must. Tracking makes you very effective, that can be in thief's template. But you have a dungeon lurker template, and you'll find out that you want to pick chests or steal stuff, but not both at same time - when you pack some gold on you from chests, you won't risk it for some weak ass thing (unless it's something really good). Either make a picker dude or real thief focused on surviving his steals. Or if you absolutely have to, sacrifice wrestling for lockpicking.
