It is a set (2 houses) , includes large tower with decoration minus rares, statues and hedges (barrels included) and the 9x11 Lot beside it with deco (not runebooks).This house has a bar,stable, smithy area, tailor area, bedroom with hot tub couch and TV, wet bar and a lounge on the roof with a huge open area left to customize. This spot has served me well, i have vended here and explored the high seas from the location but it is time to let her go, I bought the set for the buyout of 2.4 mill a year ago and have added since, there is room for another plot just north if you have a friend that needs one. No bad Neighbors, No Spawn, On Grass, By water and a poppy field
