Multiclienting Champ Spawns

Simply checking the champ scores is not good enough, unfortunately.
I can put two chars in the top five of almost any champ/RDA (I tend to focus on one during invasions) doing everything completely manually. I have always played manually, never turreted, so I've gotten pretty damn good at it.
I guess if I triple cliented I could do the same, but I'd rather have a third char on standby.
