Sorry, it took longer than expected to trade my other house. I have had a quick look around and the best I could find is an 8x8 in the south east of the island. I may be able to find something closer to town but it is unlikely to be any bigger as some spaces have recently been taken up.

I left the 8x8 space free, so you can grab it if you want:

Had another look around and found a nice roadside space for a 12x11. How does this look to you? I have reserved the space for you. It cost 176500 to place.
