What dose it do

Every 15 seconds it makes your meta dragon roll out a flame ball that damages in a line towards your main target along with a secondary flame burst damaging all mobs near the main target including the main target again. This relic is worse than quicksilver, but much much better than bloody relic in terms of both damage and appearance of effect.
