Bags / packs / pouches are already "better" than original gump files. They are a lighter background. There is also a green bags mod you can do yourself at http://www.burningsheep.ch/

Just updated the folder to have an artLegacyMUL.uop that doesn't have the tree hack, clean floors, or blockers changed

if using CUO you can use the built-in tree hack, so I left it out of that one
