Mining Trainer?

Question, I am respeccing a toon and can not for the life of me find a mining instructor? Can someone shoot me in the right direction please?

I checked the blacksmith house in east Brit to no avail.

Yes do this. Also, please smelt all ore into ingots, especially the higher end ores. Please refrain from using hiding and/or stealth as these skills will only get in the way of your true crafting potential.
