MIB fishing question

Hi

I read that 65 is minimum skill is needed to fish out a chest from an MIB. However I didnt get anything when I tried with 65 skill.... is it different on UOF?

You have to be GM to fish the chest up.

Really? I know that its necessary to be GM to get the MiB, but reading everywhere u need only 65 to get the chest.. Is this a UOF specific thing?

UOF Specific. I tried to fish mib chests from 65 till gm and it only worked once I hit gm.
