So, I'll be setting up a metal armor vendor and wanted some suggestions on which ones to craft. I was thinking Iron full plate and light archer (chain with ringmail sleeves and gloves) sets, and valorite full plate and light archer sets. But is it worth putting up the colors in between? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I've tried doing the same thing, but the iron armors just didn't move at all. It is valorite or bust for the most part, and even then it cant compare to the magical plate armor. A valorite heater shield only give 42/43 armor (cant remember right now) while a fortified kite shield gives 52. With the resilience talisman needing a minimum of 100AR to level, it has somewhat made crafted metal armor not worth the effort. :(

Barbed leather armor though, that stuff sells like hotcakes!

Hey @Steele'Dish thanks for the reply. Stocked a vendor with valorite full plate, iron light archer suits, and campfire heaters. Sold one of each and will give it a few weeks to see how things go. You're right bout barbed leather suits. I may have to raise prices though as I've seen them sell at 1.8k each and I sell at 1.5k.

Do you sell barbed bone armor? If so at what price?

Havent tried to sell barbed bone because of it's durability being so low. Runic bone i would do, but i need to get the runic tailoring kits for it.

Ahh ok. I may try few suits and see how they sell. Even if low durability, high AR and no dex loss is nice

If you get a Verite 20x exceptional it will give you a +10 ASH. Ive had a couple that didnt fit into an LBOD so it worked decently. They sold well. Factioners bless them. Get good armor and 0 dex loss with low weight. win win win
