In donation vendor update it mentions that all dyes will work on spider as well...

Just want to clarify if this is true for older dyes (ex. Gauntlet hue) or just for all new dyes going forward.

Some of the hues you can pick for spiders are kinda meh where I would just rather have gauntlet or ratman
