Wait this is sposed to be included with the other auction you got going .. you said all items in pic . and the very last pic you have the pack open and next to the other chests you have open Leading people to beliave the egg is part of the package ..

Thorietically by your words the white spell book and all items on you avatar should be included as well ..

I was going to point out that he only said 'all items inside', and that held items couldn't be considered part of the house's storage limit despite his technically being in the house, but all of that was invalidated when I confirmed that he did indeed say "all item seen In pictrure are include with the purchase of this house", which is unintentionally misleading. To his credit, the final image including the open backpack IS titled "chests(5)", allowing the logical conclusion to be drawn that only the chests in that image are relevant to the auction. ;)
