Max Storage?

Could someone please point me in the direction of the info on how to set up Max Storage in houses, and does it work for both the older Deed style houses as well as the new placement tool ones?

you can either buy a classic house deed (small,villa,castle, etc) or a house placement tool (which you buy from a carpenter, i think). House placement tools build empty plots in various sizes that you can custom build upon. The storage size is determined by the house size, so generally the bigger = more storage. So a 18x18 or classic castle would be considered max storage. If you require more storage, you can purchase 5% storage increase deeds from the gold sink vendor, located at west brit bank.

Note of warning, classic house deeds are not blessed, but house placement tools are.. so, something to consider.

if the two dimensions add up to 30 or more, it is max storage. 15x15, 18x18, 13x18. all the same storage.
