When I decode a map and go to the location to dig I can't seem to find the treasure. It there a way to get exact location from the map or just cont searching the general area?

Ok better yet how do I tell which map goes with which rune number in someone's library.

Find the general area where your map is, click it on the map on that site.
Then, find the specific treasure "node" on the smaller map and you'll get the "rune number".
Click the corresponding red pin on the smaller map to open a page with sextant coordinates.
Don't move after recalling, if you used a decent rune library, you should be at the exact location to start digging, but you might want to carry a sextant and match coordinates with those on the website, just in case.
EDIT: I haven't done a lot of treasure hunting on this shard, but I think the map style is different to the style pictured on that website. Locations are the same, though.
