Hey Seleucid, sorry for the late response!

The easiest ways to get to my tavern would be through my gates, in front of Britain bank.
There's also a rune to my tavern conveniently located in the Trinsic Town Hall Rune Library.

I cannot locate thy tavern north of Vesper nearly got robbed at LLC too. Can you say exactly where in the Trinsic town hall your rune is located?
