Was wondering if i need to make this toon go upto 120 smithing as well, i'm just going to use him as a BOD puller, do you pull more quality BOD's at 120 than 100?

With a legendary smith there is a higher chance to get better BODs and the delay will get reduced to 5 hours. With a GM Blacksmith you need to wait 6 hours for the next BOD.

I highly recommend scrolling. It will pay for itself. Main crafter is 120/120 but so are my two runners now 
Higher skill improves:
Chance of exc
Chance of LBOD
*Oh yeah and as stated above 5hr timer for 120 instead of 6hr at anything below*
Meaning big earning potential for getting a nice BS LBOD when you get lucky enough to hit some good color, but also consistent gold mostly from CBDs and horned kits. Very noticeable jump for 120 tailors.
To my knowledge count and color of BODs are totally random regardless.
