This would be for classic houses.

When you place or purchase an existing classic house, just have the house key spawn on every character in the account.

Pretty simple and it would save a lot of unnecessary leg work.

You dont even need house keys on this server. Just lock the door and use 'i wish to secure this' on the door. The set your permissions and co-own your other chars.
