Magincia

n00b question but im lost so here goes.

Any idea why Im not allowed in magincia?? Ive tried recalling there from several town runebooks and it says im not allowed.

Magincia was rebuilt by the admins last year (or early this year?) so a lot of the old rune spots are now obsolete. Many have been built over and now are blocked. Also, the faction area is now restricted-- which includes the old Magincia Bank-- if you're trying to recall there.

You need to run there from the Magincia moongate and remark any runes. The rune libraries still probably have the old runes and haven't yet remarked them

If all else fails - try using the moongate and seeing if it allows you to go there.

One thing in particular to keep in mind is that the bank location was changed. The spot where the old bank was can no longer be recalled to, due to factions

The terrain around the gate is all jacked up too :/

If your art files are not up-to-date with UOF, you will have trouble seeing the town correctly...

and seeing you have an issue with the launcher updates... :/
