Magic wand that I can't item ID

I got a wand off a lich. It says 'Wand [item identification: 111]'.

I failed to ID it a couple of times, so I created a macro to ID it and I came back 2 hours later as a GM merchant, but still no ID for this wand.

Is this a bug? Or is there something special that needs to be done to ID a wand?

there is only item id wands here and they are already ided.

2 hours identifying a wand of identification. That's ironic.

The wand you got is used to do the exact same thing as the skill you used on it for 2 hours. put it in your hand and double click it, then target and unidentified item and you will get the items magical properties.
