Magery to cast ev from scrolls

How much magery would I need to cast EV from scrolls with 100% success?

Scrolls treat spells as if they were 2 circles lower; treat a 8th as a 6th, 5th as 3rd, ect-ect.

Use this calculator to find 100% chance for 6th level spells and you'll have 100% for 8th circle scrolls as well:

If it's not 100 i think it's somewhere between 95 and 100

Edit: Seems to be 92 according to that calculator.
