Magery and pvp

What are the skills that give bonuses to magery? And what kind of bonus? for example what is the function of eva int? and alchemy?

Scribe gives double strength to reflect/RA that's the only one sure of.

EVI gives bonus to Spell Damage, Med only gives bonus to passive and active mana gain, Alchemy only gives a bonus to Explosion Potion damage, not spells. Think the EVI bonus is %20 maybe and only to Offensive spells?

No, it is not strongly suggested. It is straight up required.

Does Inscription give the 10% dmg bonus at GM that it gives on live servers? I'm pretty sure that dmg bonus dated back to this ERA of UO but some other things from that ERA are slightly different here.

There is no additional damage bonus for magery for having the inscription skill. Your OSI memory is correct, it is just not enabled here.

What about Protection and Arch Protection. Do they benefit from Inscription here?

I'd test it for myself but I just started here last week and I don't have a scribe yet.

Protection is buffed by inscription but Arch Protection is not.
