It was from the invasions rewards vendor. From memory they went to brimstone like 2 days after I bought it (hue 971 on object inspector)

Don't you mean the other way around?

The dragon reached 72 hours after last bid a couple hours ago, but the steed hasn't had 72 hours as of yet.
