I am interested in lot #1, maybe we can work something out? Biggest downside besides the swamp smell, are the boglings. But of course they are not that much of a nuisance.

Surprisingly the spawn isn't to to bad right there. The occasional boggling rat or slime.

Let me know what you're offering and I should be able to clean it out by tonight
