I know of a few around Yew. Mid way to bank from moongate, as well as NE of gate on a vendor in black robe on roof of a house. I'll post again more detailed info if you need it. Not in game ATM.

since someone already posted my vendor location I can only add that I try to restock every week(end). Havn't had the time this week(end) yet though and might not be able to next weekend for sure but I'll try to restock mid-week next week.
