Your vendors rocks man. Just picked up a Val dex set. As far as weapons go, bear in mind I played mostly pre-trammy. It used to be that an exceptional weap was the best a smith made. I have two questions:{smiles} Hello Judok. I think my vendors, now just a few weeks old was designed for people like yourself specifically.
I regularly stock GM weapons, always have tons of gm katanas, runic katanas, and multiple types of dex sets for you to choose from from my "No-Dex-Loss" high end Verite and Valorite sets with dragonscale gorgets to my "Max-Dex!" Sets in iron, dull copper, shadow, and gold!
I also price my items very competitively and try and stock multiple times per day.
Check out my vendors, just a little east of the Moonglow bank! Here's a photo for you...

Thanks for the fast answers! We (me and some RL friends are buying a ton of stuff...armor, weaps, kegs, etc.) I made sure everyone buys runes to your shop too. Awesome job on the shop. Very well organized and great prices.Nice, and thanks for the kind words concerning my vendors.
I'll try to answer your questions and bear in mind I am only about 5 weeks old to the server myself, but I think I can answer your questions correctly, if I get something wrong, hopefully someone will correct me.
1) GM weapons basically give you a +4 to your damage modifier over a basic npc purchased regular weapon. The weapons you saw with those modifiers are not only made of a different, higher grade metal - but made with a RUNIC hammer which comes from completing higher end BODs.. Yes they are better, because they are also GM exceptional as well. For example a GM Katana made of iron simply adds +4 to the damage modifier because it is GM exceptional. Now a GM Bronze katana made with a regular smith hammer still adds +4 for its GM exceptional quality, but only adds better durability points based on the bronze metal that is used. However, a Bronze RUNIC weapon adds +4 for the GM exceptional and another stacking +3 for its magical MIGHT, giving you the equivalent of a POWER loot weapon (+7). The Bronze RUNIC weapon also gives you extra accuracy and durability over just a GM made bronze katana as well.
2) No, Weapon damage doesn't stack like the AR rating in armor for higher grade metals used. Higher metal only gives weapons a better overall durability, unless... it is a RUNIC weapon (as described above in #1)
