Looking for "glacial" dye tub

I am looking for a dye tub with the hue of the glacial staff (1152).
Is there a way to get one of these here in UO Forever?
I saw the "special dye tub" for donation coins, but I can not find anything explaining what that does different than a standard dye tub.

nope, the glacial hue doesn't exist via dyetub. Just select rare items are this color
