Lockpicking gains decreased?

Anyone notice a fairly severe decrease in lockpicking gains? i'm at 95.5 and have opened about 28-30 chests in Khaldun without a single point gained. I've checked my skills and I've got plenty of skill points to lose in order for my lockpicking to increase. Seems like it just will NOT go up...

Anyone else having any issues?

I would try eating/drinking, and also other dungeons. There are plenty of chests to gain off of in despise, wrong, and deceit as well. I have a couple runebooks locked down at my Ocllo house with some spots marked, check it out

Thanks for all the replies guys. At least I know im not the only one. I'll keep moving around to diff dungeons and such. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't fkin it up
