Lock down / Secured + Item ID confirmations

Would be nice if when an item is locked down or secured it would say "locked down" or "secured" above the item instead of having to click again to double check.
Something similar with using Item ID skill or wands. Why not give the properties of the item immediately rather than having to click it again?
