There are two spots that are in for free. One because I haven't been able to contact Crystal Dragon for his payment / bid. The other is a small vendor I have at another house, but would easily drop for your bid. Make it a good one.

How do I get my hands on one of these runebooks?

When I start distributing them, I'll start at West Britain Bank. I'll start a new thread, announcing the distribution of the first fifty (49 - minus the master copy) there, by telling people to open trade with me for a copy. First person to open trade gets serial number 1, second person gets number 2, ad naseum, until all 49 have been distributed. Later, another day, I'll do serial numbers 50-99. And so forth.
